WAC 110-300-0475(2)(b): Failure to Report: This incident was not reported immediately in compliance of WAC. The staff members, Sunni and Lenae lost the child, informed leadership (Alisse and Lisa), and the teachers for the child nor the directors called this incident in. The incident happened on 3/24/2022 but was not reported to CPS intake line until 4/5/22. All staff need to be retrained in Mandatory Reporting and documentation of training sent to the licensor. ??
